Step 1: Choose the Size
Our top-selling napkin size is the beverage size because it can be used anywhere for any reason from special events like weddings and anniversaries to business uses like trade shows and customer lounges. Luncheon napkins are typically used for special events serving a dinner, and would be used at each place setting. Dinner napkins are larger than luncheon napkins, a size typically reserved for formal events serving a formal sit-down meal. Guest towels are also used for formal sit-down meals at events like weddings and galas. (It's important to note here that dinner napkins are only available in white and with digital print.)

Step 2: Choose the Print Process

We can combine our digital print with foil stamping, which results in stunning designs. Of course, pure foil stamping remains popular on custom napkins due to its striking beauty especially when paired with rich paper napkin colors.

Please Note: All three Print Process options above are available with both coined and uncoined napkin styles. All three are available on white and ecru napkins as well. However, if you want a colored napkin, the only print process available is foil stamping.

Step 3: Choose the Color
You may have already determined what napkin color you want, which is great! You can start there in your process, but if you're new to ordering custom napkins it's important to know that certain print processes are only available on certain napkins.

White and ecru are standard colors for wholesale paper napkins. Digital print and foil stamping work beautifully with both colors. Digital printing appears bright and vibrant on white napkins while the same design will exude a certain warmth and elegance on ecru napkins. We also offer a variety of napkin colors, which are only available with foil stamping. Choosing the napkin color and foil color gives creative freedom to create striking combinations.

Step 4: Choose the Amount
If you're ordering custom paper napkins for a formal event, the rule of thumb is to order three beverage napkins per guest and two luncheon napkins per guest. If the event is a wedding and there is cake being served, it's best to order an extra beverage napkin per guest. For dinner napkins and guest towels, we also recommend ordering two per guest. Remember, it's always better to order too many napkins than too few. Napkins don't go bad! Clients will use them long after the event.
