Choose Your Product
Start by deciding what you’re creating. From invitations and cards to menus, signage, place cards and custom napkins, choose the product that best fits your project.
Pick Your Print Process
Your print process can change the entire look and feel of your design. Explore options like digital, letterpress, thermography, and foil to find the right finish for your project.
Not sure which one is right for you? Start with a sample. Seeing the paper and finishes in person can make choosing much easier, especially when designing for a client.
Download the Template
Once you’ve chosen your product, head to the product page and download the artwork template. Every product has a template available to help you set up your design correctly.
Use the template while designing to check your artwork size, bleed and placement. It’s also a great way to make sure important text or design elements aren’t too close to the edge or accidentally cut off.
Prepare Your Artwork
Before uploading, make sure your file meets the artwork requirements listed on the product page.
For Letterpress, for example, artwork should be a 600 DPI, print-ready PDF with artwork set to 100% black. Your template will also show you the correct art size and bleed for your specific product.

Upload + Review
Upload your artwork and review your selections before placing your order. Depending on your product, you’ll be able to choose details like paper, ink color and trim options.
Take one last look at your artwork and order details. Check names, dates, spelling, placement and sizing before moving on to checkout.
Place Your Order
Once everything looks right, you’re ready to order!
Keep your project timeline in mind when planning for production and shipping. If you’re working with a tighter deadline, Rush Production is available on select eligible products.
