We’re ONE year old today, and what a crazy, fun year this has been! In an effort to appease my nostalgic nature, I wanted to share some highlights from the year with all of you.
MAY, 2018 – WE LAUNCHED
We kicked off TOG.ink at the National Stationery Show, and what an awesome show it was. We spoke with designers first-hand and demonstrated the site’s ordering process. We talked about our low custom print pricing and showed samples of our print techniques, featuring the work of actual designers just like them. Eric and I manned the booth for 3 days and had a blast! We also held a drawing for 5 lucky winners to get a free designer toolkit.

SUMMER, 2018 – SITE TRAFFIC STEADILY GROWS
Over the summer and fall months, we steadily watched our site traffic increase and account sign-ups and orders were coming in! We’ve been printing some really beautiful designs and love to see the amazing creativity and diversity in styles! We’re always looking for designers to feature in our marketing or blog so if you’re interested in submitting your design to be featured, give us a shout!
FALL, 2018 – NEW PRODUCT RELEASES
This actually started last summer and we’ve been adding ever since but some really great additions happened last fall:
• Full color digital, foil and letterpress printing on envelopes.
• Euro envelopes in A1, A2 and A7 sizes.
• Matching digital liners for all envelope sizes.
• Fun goodies like black coasters, treat bags and notebooks.

NOVEMBER, 2018 – WE HIT PEAK SEASON
We hit peak season in November, and the presses were humming with photo holiday cards. Our favorite print pairings are digital + foil and since it’s all hands on deck around here during peak season, I was out on the floor running a Heidelberg foil press. What an amazing experience that was – those buggers are tricky! I really have an appreciation for the expertise of our full-time foil operators. Interesting fact…all office personnel are cross-trained in production to cover peak season shifts and get the product out the door. It’s nuts/fun/crazy/exhausting and I totally love it.
Winter/Spring, 2019 – Once we recovered from the busy season and the holidays, we hit the ground running with new product releases, which specifically addressed requests from our customers. So far this year we have launched:
• Specialty stocks – the response to these has been awesome!
• Keaykolour stocks by Mohawk.
• New larger sizes – A8, A9 and A10 with matching single or double envelopes.
SUMMER, 2019 – VARIABLE PRINT
For real, it’s happening and coming In June. You’ll be able to upload guest addresses or other details in a multi-page PDF for printing on all kinds of stationery pieces like envelopes, flat cards, folding cards, place cards and even art prints. ß
The past 12 months have been so amazing!
