Ready to impress! Custom Party Essentials

You might remember a few months ago when we posted some ideas for how to capitalize on a single invitation design. The post features a birthday invitation with matching napkins and favor boxes, and it’s called Multiply the Power of Your Design. We can’t drive that point home enough! Here’s how I did it…

I created the perfect graduation announcement for my daughter. Together we picked the colors she wanted, the senior photo she loved best, we determined all the party details and I created something beautiful and stylish and full of pride. Essentially, I captured the spirit of the celebration in a single graduation announcement…so why not do more with it! We did all kinds of fun things for her graduation party. We had guests sign a galvanized letter to be hung in our home after the party and we had several areas where I created DIY banners as signs. However, some of my favorite details are custom print items I ordered through TOG.ink using the graduation announcement artwork I had already created.

The table centerpieces featured custom print favor tags wrapped via tulle and glitter ribbon around quart mason jars painted in pale pink and rose gold glitter. We added baby’s breath and pink hydrangeas. The centerpieces looked amazing with the table runners, and they coordinated perfectly with the mylar balloon decorations. I think favor tags are a great upsell for any party and especially for today’s wedding couples! Brides who want a personal touch but don’t want to DIY the tag itself will love doing the fun part of adding them to their own creations.

I did something a little different for this party and had the food catered in. We did a Mac and Cheese Bar with two types of cheese and several awesome toppings. I wanted to make sure everyone knew what was what so I used custom print place cards in blush pink as food labels.

We also had cupcakes and cookies galore! I set out custom print treat bags in white with rose gold foil printing so guests could grab a treat to go. We also had custom beverage napkins in white with rose gold foil as well. Napkins are the best custom print party essential you can get your hands on. They’re affordable, they look amazing and they’re useful!

We had a custom photo yard sign out by the turn to our road, which I think is such a great way to help your guests find the party. Especially during graduation season, personalized yard signs are so nice for helping guests know they’re going to the right place!

There are lots of other great party details I threw together like the Awards & Recognition table, scrapbooks and photos of time gone by as well as a few items representing her future college choice. Here’s to four successful high school graduation parties and now that I will be an empty nester in a few months… I wonder what the next party I plan will be!

Whatever your next event may be, remember that custom print products at TOG.ink provide a world of possibilities for endless upsells sure to impress your customers.
