Creative and funny coasters are everywhere whether you’re meandering the aisles of Target or hitting up your favorite boutique on your lunch break. There’s probably a good chance you’ve already been designing for coasters or it’s on your list of products to try, so…
Have you seen our nose coaster trim option?!
Back in November, I worked with a close friend to design and donate face coasters to a nonprofit he helps lead called #GrowMankato. It’s a men’s cancer awareness group in our hometown of Mankato, Minnesota. They host a few events throughout Movember (moustache + November), one of them being the locally famous Moustache Bash at Pub 500. The event promotes awareness of men’s cancer but it also includes a Best Moustache Competition, which raises money to help offset the cost of cancer treatment for local families.
My friend requested that one side of the coaster have the #GrowMankato events listed (designed by the committee he’s on) and the other side had a photograph of fancy (or not-so-fancy) mustaches and beards.
The coasters were distributed to area bars and restaurants at the end of October and people had a blast with them plus they served as a stellar promotional tool that kept the non-profit’s event dates in front of lots of people all month long!
What could you do with something like this?
They would make awesome wedding favors! Just upload photos of the bride’s face and groom’s face. Maybe add some fun trivia about the couple on the back. We’ve seen them with monster faces around Halloween, and animal faces would be awesome for the kiddos in your life. Shop coasters and you’ll see the nose coaster die cut in the trim options below.
If you didn’t know, there are a total of 7 trim options to choose from so you can make something classy, if you’d rather. The deco and classic trim option are especially beautiful.
