Common Designer Questions You Don’t Want to Miss

Image with question marks.
OneIs your entire offering online?

We’ve had designers call about paper weights, card sizes and print processes they don’t see online. Check our Coming soon! schedule but if you don’t see it there, it never hurts to call or email us.

TwoDo I need to add crop marks to my artwork?

Our customization tool only accepts files with correct dimensions, which means you must use the artwork size listed for the product. We provide product templates to help you see artwork bleeds, die lines, score lines and perf lines.

ThreeIs there a file size limit?

We suggest keeping your file sizes to 5MB or less for fastest upload speed. We don’t technically have a limit so don’t feel as though you can’t upload larger files. It just might take a little longer.

FourWhat file types do you accept?

We accept PDFs only which keeps things simple for us and for you. Check out this helpful grid for all the essential artwork specs you’ll need when using TOG.ink and setting up your artwork files.

FiveWhy am I getting an error when I upload art?

The #1 reason customers get an error is because their artwork size doesn’t match the required artwork size (check the specs listed for your product). Don’t include crop marks in your artwork, and make sure you upload the correct orientation for the product you chose.

Secretly I’m really good at…not many people know that I curl but I wouldn’t say I’m really good at it? I really enjoy it though!
