Business Details:
12 years in business. Storefont located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (website: angelaprodesign.com).
What’s your story? Tell us how your business come to be!
I was working in a marketing and design position for a technology company. I loved my job, but marketing to engineers and designing materials for industrial products isn’t exactly the sexiest sort of design work. In an effort to take on more creative and fun design jobs, I started Angela Pro Design as a side hustle in 2012. Around 2017, I found myself breaking into the local wedding stationery scene. I quickly realized stationery design was where I belonged. It fills my soul and makes me so happy. I’ve never looked back!

Where do you find inspiration?
Everywhere! I’m often given inspiration photos by clients, but I also draw inspiration from pop culture, styled shoots, nature, fashion, and daily life. Lately, I’m especially inspired by interesting uses of different textures.
What are a few of your favorite blogs or podcasts?
In Pittsburgh, the Burgh Brides blog is the ultimate resource for all things wedding. It’s a great place to find inspiration and learn about new wedding vendors and industry trends. I’m also a huge fan of the ‘Reception To Follow’ podcast by fellow, local wedding creative, Heather Davis.
What’s your favorite dessert?
Will work for cannolis…
How do you use TOG.ink?
I use TOG.ink often for clients looking for higher end print processes at a more budget-friendly price point. TOG letterpress on their thick cotton paper is a client favorite! Their foil + digital printing combination is also popular with my bridal shower and baby shower clients.

What do you like most about working with TOG.ink?
I love that I’m able to price jobs myself through their user-friendly portal. TOG also has many helpful resources they provide designers on their Cheat Sheets page, like templates and color matching codes.
Any advice for someone just starting out with TOG.ink?
Order the Designer Tool Kit, take advantage of their Digital Tools, and explore their options! With very low order minimums on their products, you’re able to order small quantities just to try out new designs and print processes without breaking the bank.
