We added White Ink Printing<\/a> to our selection of custom print processes a few years ago now. However, when it came to add variable print envelopes with White Ink Printing (which many of you have been requesting), we had some challenges to overcome, and overcome them we have! (Important Note: Paper color options are subject to change. Please check each product’s paper dropdown for available colors or visit Our Papers<\/a> for a complete list of paper options across TOG.ink.)<\/strong><\/p>\n

We recently added \u00a0White Ink Printing on Variable Print Envelopes<\/a> so you can get that bright white, highly saturated coverage on a variety of envelope colors. In case you\u2019re not familiar, \u201cvariable print\u201d means you can have something different printed on each piece within your order. It’s most often used with envelopes in order to upload a list of addresses and have them printed directly on the envelopes. A pretty sweet time saver! We also offer variable printing on place cards<\/a> and art prints<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Right now we\u2019re offering A7 and A1 Euro Flap envelopes in several beautiful colors. We\u2019re also offering A2 Square Flap Envelopes in three pretty pastel colors. Check out the whole selection and see how you can incorporate this look into your portfolio and offering. We already mentioned the most popular use is for pre-addressed envelopes because it looks amazing and saves some serious time.<\/p>\n

We also highly recommend pairing these with stationery packs sold in-store. For example, if you have a stationery assortment pack you\u2019re selling, you can create a White Ink Envelope to go with each design inside the assortment. Super cute and super fun!<\/p>\n

We do have one very important thing to remember when ordering variable print of any kind: make sure the multi-page PDF you upload has the same number of pages as the quantity you order. For example, if you\u2019re ordering 100 envelopes but only have 92 wedding guest addresses, you will need to include 8 blank envelope pages in the PDF so that the number of pages in your PDF equals the number of envelopes you\u2019re ordering, which in this case is 100.
